As a community group we feel it is important to work with local schools. We often go into primary schools and talk during assemblies about wildlife. We have hosted secondary school pupils at our wildlife allotment and they have helped make it wildlife friendly. Recently, along with the lovely charity TimeGivers, we took out a class from Cavendish School to Chiswick Park. Here we looked for different animals, listened to the birds, enjoyed being out in the sunshine and made some wildlife drawings. Children love going out and learning new things and being amongst nature!
Please email us – hello@wildchiswick.com should you wish us to come to your school and work with the pupils on wildlife and nature.
